Mimi is a compassionate, trauma-informed yoga teacher and therapist-in-training, dedicated to healing through movement. Drawing on her background in psychology and social work from Tulane University, she works directly with trafficked youth. A former CrossFit athlete turned yogi, Mimi coaches all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners—with clear instruction, zero judgment, and an open heart.
